The parking spaces were excellent, and having a security guard gave us peace of mind. The pool was enjoyable, with just the right water temperature. The friendly staff made our experience even better. We loved the convenient location, just a short walk to the beach. There were also several restaurants nearby, and a large supermarket within walking distance. The hotel's layout, with individual chalet-style rooms, added to its charm. we were very impressed and would highly recommend Costa Azul.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Acapulco called Costa Azul and I had a fantastic experience! The hotel had nice comfy beds and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just an 8-minute walk from the beach, and it was easy to explore different beaches by taking a bus. The hotel also had a nice pool and a new cocktail bar by the pool, which was a great addition. The rooms were cleaned daily and the facilities were beautiful, just like the online photos. it was the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I will definitely be returning in the future!

They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with bathroom and comfy bed, as for instance and care about everyone. The employees are excellent and helpful. The poolside bar makes the soft drinks.
